This category includes drugs such as cocaine, opium, morphine, fentanyl, amphetamines and methamphetamines. The Schedule II drugs are only available with a prescription from a doctor, but not all pharmacies fill prescriptions. These drugs require special registration and strict conservation measures.
Program III-In this category of drug abuse have a tendency to low and have a medical accepted. This category includes drugs such as anabolic steroids, codeine, ketamine, and hydrocodone with aspirin. These drugs are available by prescription medical, but not all pharmacies sold.
Schedule IV-This category of drugs of abuse have a tendency very low and have little chance of addiction. This category includes drugs such as Valium, Xanax, Rohpnol (more often known as the violation of the "date" of drugs). Like the others, this drug is available only by prescription and is not always available in pharmacies.
Schedule V-This category has the lowest tendency all the abuses of the times, and the lower rate of addiction. Substances in Schedule V are as cough suppressants with codeine. These drugs are usually regulated the shops and do not require a prescription of any kind.
These categories are usually only the bases of any judge to do when you think of the offense. Almost none of the drug crimes that occur involve the bottom three lists at all.
