Does anyone have knowledge of the laws of Alabama child custody?
My daughter and son-n-law are divorcing. He filed for divorce, he wants custody of 6 mo.child. He is disabled, and she works mim wage job to support the family. can not afford to live in Alabama. I want you back home to go to school and make something to support herself. He says he can not go more than 50 miles away from him. Does anyone have any advice. It has made contact with a lawyer, but has good sound.
