If you are a dependent of the court, you need to contact your worker and ask about assistance for college. Most states have special programs for children "with aging "system that includes" independent living "programs that include assistance with tuition, board room, special programs in budeting your money and such. Also, if you are elderly, you have to do your FAFSA (federal student aid FIN) as soon as possible. Since you are a courtroom, which are considered "independent" and not need to enter information to parents on the FAFSA.
