Where to get the mediation after a divorce?
My ex and I have some minor disagreements regarding our children. We have 50/50 custody, but my ex seems to be "punishing" me since I moved last year to a new residence, 15 miles. I mean, she has decided that the kdis will go to school and becomes right in your neighborhood. That's easy for her, but it is a 30-45 minute drive for me to take the truck and when I have kids. I'm not sure how decided to be the gathering where the children will go to school, but I have something to say about it. trying to discuss this with her has failed so I'm thinking we need someone else to intervene and decide for us both. We are both residents of Kansas although they were married and divorced in Missouri. Could you get contact the Johnson County Court? No courts have a type of mediation from the office or are looking to get both attorneys?
